ROOF WARRANTIES EXPLAINED

Understanding Shingle Warranties:  Read the EXCLUSIONS first.  If something in the exclusions is NOT defined in the body of the warranty, then that excluded item will probably void the warranty.  If "hailstorm" is in the exclusion list, and nowhere else in the warrantee, then any hailstorm will likely make the warrantee void, and you will get no compensation when the shingles go bad.

Exclusions are reasons (or excuses) to NOT pay a warrantee.
